Known for her data-driven approach and strategic questioning, Wendy thrives on collaborating with leadership teams to achieve business goals.

  • Robert D. Randolph, Jr., J.D. - Founder and Director - Sales Leadership

    Robert Randolph has been helping law firms grow business for more than 25 years. He has worked as a business development executive for three Am Law 100 law firms, in marketing and sales at Arthur Andersen, and in sales roles at American Lawyer Media. Rob trains and coaches’ lawyers on business development at all levels of practice. He has done extensive work teaching lawyers to interact more effectively with clients utilizing consultative selling techniques. Rob has also built business development programs and managed a law firm sales team. Throughout his career, he has helped lawyers grow their practices and win business.

  • Aynsley Bubbico - Executive Assistant

    Aynsley began her career at Paul Weiss, where she acquired valuable skills in a fast-paced legal environment. She later transitioned to the entrepreneurial space, helping grow a beauty brand from a home office to a prominent presence in major retailers like Amazon, Sephora, and small businesses nationwide.

    She has also contributed as a judge and writer for The Music Center’s Spotlight performing arts scholarship program and as a writer and Associate Producer for the Office Ladies podcast.

     An accomplished actress, Aynsley has appeared in over 60 TV episodes, films on Netflix, Showtime, and Amazon Prime, and numerous national commercials. Her diverse background combines business expertise, entrepreneurial success, and creative talent, making her a versatile professional across multiple fields.

  • Victoria Arnold - Senior Consultant

    Victoria helps organizations and individuals grow their businesses and improve their competitive market advantage. From start-ups to firms with $1+ billion in revenue, she has delivered results in a wide variety of assignments: strategic planning, market/client research, brand positioning, client development and retention, and marketing communications solutions.

    A key aspect of Victoria's practice is executive development and coaching. Her intensive, one-on-one work with individual professionals includes team building, organizational assessment and change management. Having served in corporate executive positions, she understands the challenges and rewards of leading and developing staff, building teams, and initiating and managing change. She has worked with executives in a wide range of sectors including professional services, technology, media, private equity, and not-for-profit.

  • Amy Hrehovcik - Senior Consultant

    Amy spent 10 years selling information and technology across big law. She was a founding member of Thomson Reuter’s court data team, building alerting tools and predictive algorithms around how judges would rule or how opposing counsel was likely to behave. She helped pricing, business development, and practice management teams use this data to make smarter, faster decisions and ultimately win new business.

    From there, she became the Chief of Customer Value of Viewabill. This Legal Tech platform integrates law firm time entry systems and aggregates matter data for corporate law departments in real-time. Again, this work placed Amy at the intersection of the buy-sell relationship of legal services, participating in hundreds of conversations before, during, and after a client engagement.

    After the Viewabill acquisition, Amy leaned into the technology realm, where she spent 8 years building two sales enablement departments and teams responsible for identifying and removing blockers for go-to-market teams. This includes process design, improvement, content creation & distribution, maintaining technology, and providing and measuring skills and knowledge.

    Amy is a certified yellow belt and a green belt candidate in Process Improvement and Project Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute. She hosts Revenue Real, a podcast with over 10,000 downloads. Now, she brings this depth of experience to the Yate Collaborative team and clients.

    When not working on Yate projects, Amy creates Go-To Market Assessments and Recommendation Reports for professional services teams or can be found reading, writing, and hanging with her dog at her beach cottage on the Jersey Shore.

    Bob Greenbaum brings decades of experience in professional services, including strategic business development and marketing roles at a Big 4 firm and multiple law firms. Over the past 25 years, he has led growth initiatives at law firms, driving measurable results and fostering a business development culture. A strong advocate for data-driven strategy, Bob began his career in market research and has successfully developed and evaluated initiatives based on analytics. Throughout his legal career, he has collaborated with lawyers across nearly all practices to drive new business.

     Bob has extensive experience working with lateral attorneys, helping them integrate into firms and succeed through targeted business development. Additionally, he has developed and implemented client engagement programs at several AmLaw 100 firms, driving new opportunities.

    Rachel has more than 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives that drive profitable revenue growth and strengthen the competitive market position for professional services firms. Her expertise spans strategy, marketing and business development, and high-stakes special projects.

Drawing on her time at Skadden, Dickstein Shapiro, Blank Rome, and Manatt, Rachel combines sharp strategic and analytical acumen with business savvy and executional excellence to bring a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach to every challenge.

  • Lisa Olney - Senior Consultant

    For over two decades, Lisa Olney has been guiding lawyers and legal marketing professionals in strategic marketing and business development pursuits. A creative, solution-driven business development executive and brand builder with strategic vision and hands-on approach, Lisa understands the balance of action, empathy, and practicality needed to empower lawyers and marketing teams to execute on a firm’s strategic growth plans. 

    She previously served as Chief Brand Officer for litigation funder Validity Finance, Chief Marketing Officer for securities litigation firm Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, and Head of Marketing & Business Development for Littler, the world’s largest management-side labor and employment law firm, in addition to holding key marketing and business development roles at Seyfarth Shaw and Epstein Becker & Green.  

    Lisa was featured as an expert in a recent e-book by brand firm DeSantis Breindel, The Deliberative World of Law Firm Branding, and is the author of “Rethink Law Firm Sales by Shifting Your Perspective” in The American Lawyer. She frequently speaks on topics such as business development, branding, and client value strategies.

     When not working on Yate projects, Lisa serves law firms and litigation funders through her company Brook Street Strategies LLC, a boutique agency offering fractional CMO services and strategic marketing and business development consulting focusing on brand refreshes, website relaunches, marketing audits and assessments, marketing operations, firm launches, and coaching of lawyers and legal marketing staff.

    Maggie Watkins has over 25 years of experience in law firm marketing, having served as Chief Marketing Officer for four Am Law 200 law firms, CMO of a global publicly traded expert services and consulting firm, and President and CEO of an international law firm association.  She is distinguished by her expertise in the three pillars of revenue generation: marketing, business development, and communications, and is regarded as a thought leader whose strategic and innovative approaches deliver outstanding financial results.

    Maggie excels in business development. She provides extraordinary value by training and coaching professionals to create personal plans, develop new skills, identify target prospects, and generate new business for themselves and their firms.

    One of Maggie’s greatest passions lies in client service. She understands that the health of any firm depends on its ability to meet and exceed client expectations. Early in her career, she pioneered one of the legal industry’s first client feedback programs.
